Reservation Policy

Students must register prior to attending a schedule training. Registration is complete by making your payments before the day of class. Complete our contact forms and a payment link will be send to you.

Any online portion of the course assigned must be completed prior to attending class or student will be turn away.

For all training, We recommend you wear closed toes shoes and comfortable clothing for skills sessions.

Cancellation Policy

American Redcross Trainings

ONLINE :Students can cancel their enrollment in an online course within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund. After 48 hours, no refunds can be given.

BLENDED AND CLASSROOM

Missed Classes are open for rescheduling of the course to a future date. A student can cancel class enrollment 15 days before the start of the class without penalty, if a cancellation occurs after this the following amounts are deducted from the original payment:
10% from 8 to 14 days before event starts;
25% from 3 to 7 days before event starts;
50% from 1 to 2 days before event starts;
100% from 0 to 0 days before event starts or 1 day after event starts.

American Heart Association Training

Missed Classes are open for rescheduling of the course to a future date. A student can cancel class enrollment 10days before class start without penalty. If cancellation occurs after this the following amounts will be deducted:
20% within 5 to 9 days before the class
40% within 2 to 4 days before the class
75% within 1 day before class starts
100% 0 to 0 days before class starts

EMS Safety : ONLINE / BLENDED/ IN PERSON TRAINING

Missed Classes are open for rescheduling of the course to a future date. A student can cancel class enrollment and get full refund 14days before class. Rescheduling will be for any days after; No refund.

Direct Care Worker training / Article 9 / Prevention & Support

Class registrations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the class in order to receive a refund. To request a refund, please contact Us via solutionsinc167@gmail.com. Please note that if We believe that You are abusing Our refund policy in Our sole discretion, We reserve the right to suspend or refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Services, without any liability to You.

Nursing Assistant Program

Class registrations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the Program in order to receive a refund. Registration and other administrative fees will not be refunded.

Caregiver Training 

Class registrations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the Program in order to receive a refund. Registration and other administrative fees will not be refunded.
